La Bruschetta Da Monica Pizzeria

When we got there I was a bit concerned because the surroundings did not look that promising. However, entering the venue we saw a packed restaurant and after having dinner there we knew why. Attentive waitresses, relatively quick service, good wine menu, lovely food options (something for everyone). We went with a mixed group of Vegetarians, Celiac, and meat eating people and everybody was happy. I personally find it hard to find an Italian restaurant in Germany serving good fish (probably because it is not being ordered that much). But the fish dish was spot on. All staff members seem to be aware of allergens but still double checked with the kitchen to assure me of the gluten-free options. We had mixed antipasti as a starter to share, which included cured meats, cheese, fish and vegetables, which were great. As a main 2 people had fish , which tasted lovely considering we were not in a coastal area. It was cooked to perfection and sides and sauces were completing the dish without taking away the taste of the fish. The pizzas ordered were massive but thin and everyone loved them. The pasta dish was well presented, rich in taste and filling. Very lovely evening, nice Melon liquor at the end, thanks to the team
