I am a vegetarian and every time the chef prepares me custom dishes, she adapts her kitchen. Delicious entry accompanied by a homemade grapefruit sorbet, surprising dessert with pear pear and popcorn sorbet completely homemade. Tasteful "matured" beef with perfect cooking, tender pork of a local farm, fish from the French fishing and wine map out of beaten paths justify the addition. Bravo to the two actresses of this excellent restaurant, they delighted us with the taste buds.
