The hectic of the streets is amazing to observe how... They move around the market. The sights, sounds and smells are part of the experience.
An amazing guided tour brought the narrow market streets by rickshaw, spice alleys, silk and paper all with their unique feel. Stopped at a very hospital (tour guide arranged) spice shop, with a detailed lecture and local knowledge which could not be beaten. I obligation...More
If any one from south India travelling to Delhi,if u get a time don't miss this place. This place is full of joy and will shows the ancient Bharat..And especially Karim's restuarant,Karims is one of the best places to have authentic mughali cuisine that's hard to find at other places. i have been there many times and haven't been disappointed with them till date. The food is cooked to perfection, the portions are great and rates are reasonable. The service can be a bit slow during rush hours but it's worth waiting for sure. Try the Brain Curry, chicken Jahangiri and chicken mughlai..
Best place for shopping in Delhi. Sarees here are famous and reasonably priced. A must-visit place during your trip to Delhi.
We were taken on a very long Rickshaw ride through the streets of Chandni Chowk, a very memorable experience for a number of reasons. We enjoyed it but must say that this was the eye opener for us, given the the very poor conditions that...prevailed including some diabolical cable placement. Our cyclist was a strong young man who dared to go against the flow of traffic at the end, but that is typical india where no-one actually abides by the rules of driving!! Would do it again.
