Icy N Spicy - Ghāziābād

Icy n Spicy is one of the best restaurants in all of Ghaziabad. The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the ambience is fabulous. Great work team Icy n Spicy!

Visited this restaurant on February 14th with my family for the first time based on feedback from other customers. Unfortunately, our experience was a nightmare. The staff were unable to serve us properly and there were no available seats. The service was extremely poor, with dirty water glasses and a menu card that took 30 minutes to be handed over. We ordered vegetarian dishes such as cheese papdi, honey potato, dal makhni, and handi biryani, along with paratha and roti. Only the biryani was decent, the rest of the dishes were not good. To make matters worse, the bill included items we did not order or receive. After a lot of arguments, we reluctantly agreed to pay. This restaurant is below standard compared to other similar establishments like Cinnamon Kitchen and Mystery of Food. It is not worth the money, especially with a 30% tax added onto the bill.

We recently hosted a birthday party at Icy N Spicy in Ghaziabad. The restaurant is easily accessible but does not have a ramp or lift for individuals who have trouble with stairs. The ambiance is aquatic-themed, which is unique, but the quality of the decorations is quite low. The main issue we encountered was the lack of space inside the restaurant. However, the washroom was clean and well-maintained. The highlight of our experience was the food. The Malai paneer, chilli honey potato, and noodles were all delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the service was a bit slow. Parking was not an issue. Overall, I recommend trying this restaurant for the delicious food.

Icy n Spicy is a relatively new restaurant opened in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I was searching for place to dine out with family in and near Vaishali. Found interesting reviews and pictures on Zomato. Not many people knew about hence was not sure about the outcome. Visited in Dec'16. The place is a mid size restaurant with ambience living upto the name. Interesting decor, blue LED lighting. Food was great and tasty. Be it starters, main course, mocktails, everything had pure taste and spices. Highly recommended for dining. One thing i was not happy about was the amount of taxes on the bill. For a food bill of 2000, i ended up paying 2700 with taxes. They need to work on that. However considering awesome food, i loved the place. Surely will visit the place again.
