Weathered Ground Brewery - Ghent

This brewery is outstanding, featuring a fantastic selection of craft beers. The spacious seating areas, both inside near the bar and outside under a covered patio and picnic area, provide ample room for guests. There are stages for live music and entertainment in both settings, and the interior also boasts a large private room. The staff is knowledgeable and immensely helpful, offering great beer recommendations tailored to my mood. It’s a true gem nestled in a beautiful, scenic location—a perfect spot to relax, soak in the views, and enjoy some excellent brews!

This is a must-visit spot when traveling on the turnpike. I love stopping here during ski season on trips to Winterplace. Every beer they serve is excellent. It's a great place to enjoy a beautiful day with a cold beer in hand. The food is also fantastic!

While the beer was hoppier than I typically enjoy, it was still quite good. It's a fantastic spot to spend an afternoon or evening, and they also have live music inside.

This place is amazing! In my opinion, the warm pretzels with beer cheese are the ultimate comfort food. It's a great stop if you're traveling on I77, with a flat front door entrance that's convenient for seniors and dog-friendly too. The pizza is delicious, and the Greek salad is fantastic as well. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is really nice.
