It is not easy to stumble upon this restaurant. Hidden away behind the car park in Bastardo, it’s not the best location. However for great home cooked traditional food it is fantastic. I went for lunch on a very hot day, and was thrilled that it is air conditioned. Home made pasta is so much better than dried, and simple sauces are delicious. There were quite a few local people eating lunch, always a good sign! I would rate this restaurant highly for food, but don’t expect atmosphere. Good prices, nice people, go and enjoy!

Despite being open online, on the door and the door open the manager was sitting at a table and said it was too early to eat and need to wait for an hour. Disappointing!

We love going here for lunch. Chef Laura, and Viviana are always so kind and inviting. Laura always adds her special touch to whatever you are eating. There is always fresh pasta, made right there, and she respects the different seasons when special food items are available. Be sure to try her rose marmalade with her antipasto plate! The decor of the restaurant is eclectic and absolutely charming. Highly recommend.

The lady who greeted us was always very kind and smiling. all the dishes were delicious and in particular fresh pasta with artichokes not to mention the cheek that dissolved in the mouth

If you want to eat out with the locals, who know where to go...come to Ristorante 4 Piedi Pollici. We enjoyed a wonderful down home Italian Lunch. Everything is prepared with fresh local ingredients so do come hungry. Laura, the owner couldn't be more hospitable and she's an excellent chef too! Her ristorante is easy to find. Simply go to the largest grocery store and you will find this little jewel. You'll be glad that you did.
