Main dinner at Boars is fantastic... The service is excellent... Seriously, how can you not come here and enjoy a delicious hoagie?! Don't just read this—check the directions and go! It's truly the best around. Just think about it: Boar's Head lunch meats—they're amazing... And when you put them in a great sandwich? Boom! It’s mind-blowing! By the way, this place used to be called Mr. P's back in the '90s, and they served the same wonderful food. It’s been like this for decades, and that’s due to loyal customers like you who stop reading and start eating there, haha. Enjoy!
I just got back from a trip to Mr. Bees to grab a provolone cheesesteak, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The steak was just drenched in ketchup. While I was at the shop, I noticed the chef was coughing and hacking while getting a soda, which made me wish I could return the sandwich, but I was too hungry to do so. If the owner wants to improve his business, he really needs to pay attention to his staff. A friend of mine has also mentioned that they don’t wear gloves or wash their hands between handling food and cash. So be cautious—I'm done with this place!
The sandwich I had was enjoyable, but the customer service left much to be desired. When I requested a cup of ice water, they directed me to the soda machine, and the water that came out was carbonated. I brought this to their attention and asked for a regular cup of water, only to be told that I could purchase a bottled water instead. I was never able to get a simple cup of water.
Food is always good and customer service is great
