The tapas we had were good and the service was also good. My husband asked about the beer on tap and ordered one, but he came out with a bottle that was already opened and said they were out of the one on tap. Kept it anyway even though it wasn't what he wanted since he felt it was hard to say he didn't want it since it was already opened.
Food was mediocre, waiting time awful. Restaurant was only half full and we waited over an hour.
Could have been a lot better....told by the waitress the only beer they had was Heineken, told it was very cold, neither bits of information were true. The tapas was low cost for a reason, I think the crochetas were out of a packet and just mush inside, the accompanying alioliwas nice. The prawn and pepper salad had 3 very small bits of frozen prawn in it, the peppers were nice. The Russian salad was just potato salad with a couple of olives plonked on the top.
Staff could not speak English and explain to us the menu. The small dishes were acceptable but the mains were the worst meal I've ever eaten out. I ended up ordering their Iberian secret, or so it should've been. The pork was dry, firm, no flavour or seasoning. It was literally a pork chop straight out the pack, sliced and into the pan/grill. The quality of the cooking was that of mine as a fresher at uni. I don't tend to eat olives because their flavour is so strong, but boy did I for this meal as it was the only way to get some flavour into the meal. My partner's seafood dish looked and tasted like something out a cheap microwave meal with too much salt.
