Subway - Gibson City

I ordered through the app, and when I picked it up, it said it was ready in the app; however I waited another 20 minutes for my food as well when I got home and checked one of my sandwiches was wrong. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and received the chicken teriyaki. When I tried to call the store and let them know I received the wrong sandwich, no one answered and I tried back 3 times and no one answered. Overall disappointed.

Went to order and the woman came out the back and started lecturing me about how I parked in the parking lot and how they were not at fault if I were to get hit in the parking lot.I got law school in 3 minutesNot a hi or how may I help you.What a clown of a woman. 2pm 4/22/24.Notice how no one responds to reviews. Very disappointed!! Staff acted as if they were put out to have to wait on customers. Before 6 pm and out of meatballs, shredded mozzarella and chocolate chip cookies on a Friday night!
