Bayview Szechuan Chinese Restaurant

I'm a loyal customer and the food is always very fresh and tastes great every time. Service is always very attentive!

My husband and I ate here for dinner on a recent Gibson's stay. Definitely mediocre and average. The servers were very friendly, but the service was very slow. The food was a bit on the bland side, I guess I expect more from a place called Szechuan.

We have been making this a little stop for years. Family owned and operated, it's a mainstay in Sechelt for over a decade. I see lots of take-out happening when we are there, but we either go for a early lunch or dinner to make sure the buffet is hot and fresh, and it is. I love the green beans with Black bean sauce. Willis like the sate pork on a skewer. The tea is hot and there is a full selection of both meat and veggie dishes. They do have a beer and wine menu, not sure if it's a full bar. You can't beat the value here. And then I love Red Jello, so that's my finale.

Was there today around 6:00 pm. The Buffet was horrible,lots of selection but rancid tasting deep fried anything, everything else was old,cold and just plain bad. My friend ordered off the menu, it was better but just ok.

We had a late lunch at this Chinese cuisine restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient. Combo plates are quite large and a very good value. One of us had the lettuce wraps and it was served with a whole head of lettuce!
