La Strada - Gießen

What happened? recently I went to eat with a colleague in la strada because I had it as a grandiose restaurant in memory. about three years ago I was there regularly because everything was right. Now I was totally shocked. dirty tablecloths, uncomfortable chairs and the worst I've ever eaten. an salate for 10€, which was not better and almost no greater than an additional salad. before lovingly dressed, only being joined together today. the sauce of the chicken was visible a finished sauce and the chicken was cold, although it took forever until it came and we were the only guests. the refund was in many coins, although it was paid exactly so that it could be returned with a certificate. on the top floor several single persons sat with their smartphones, probably the family of the owner, lustlessly scattered in the place and have spread a bad mood by constantly shouting loud from one to the other end. I'm disappointed how a formerly so good restaurant can run in front of the wall.

I can't recommend it anymore. we had a family celebration, where at the end only the moderator to misunderstand them. it was not true, although everything was agreed before. the prosecco for reception was forgotten, the places were too little, the appetizer was not complete, the selected dives on the map were wrong on the half that was served wrong eating, there were no kartoffels to spat and the crown was a paved coffee table and the torte had to be eaten with a large fork. a frecher service there was also. pity before it was highly recommended.

Never again, no comparison to earlier! the service was unfriendly, neither the right drinks nor the ordered meals were served. even that we had to put together from the surrounding tables. the entire team including chef sat in the corner and was busy with smoking or smartphone. after we complained, the service was even bad! we will never go to dinner again.

Unfortunately there is a new owner. the service is uncomfortable, there is no comparison to the earlier and when they come with the slemmer block, they are simply pulled over the table. the portions are always so small and the fish are not fresh, but unfortunately the services cannot and instead of the second court, the half of the second court and also only on request. I can't recommend...Should, earlier it was so delicious and simply very nice. well that it still holds the cockpit in captivating (from the previous owners).

The favorite pizzeria of me and my 14-year-old daughter. the food is pleasantly prepared for the eye and tasty, the waiters very friendly and discreet funny. child-friendliness is written big. parking on the farm or at the fence on the plot ideal and with beautiful weather you can sit comfortably outside. we can only recommend this locally and will definitely go there again and again.
