Salaedchen offers a most welcoming healthy version of the regular fast food menu. The salads are freshly made and you chose your own ingredients. Go for the "big" version - the difference in price is marginal (compared to the "small" one), but you would get a full size dish for you money. Very friendly service and meticulously clean.

Saladchen has a great variety of fresh ingredients and your salad is made to order. The workers are friendly, the place is clean, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend it!

Simple premise - fresh salad bar run by friendly staff that were prepared to put up with my non-existent German. Significantly better than McD a few doors down.

This restaurant - the Marburg location - was excellent! They have a soup that changes daily, a baked potato, and two sizes of salad that you get to dress up with up to 5 different toppings. Delicious! The ingredients are fresh; there is a wide variety, and the service is fast.Limited seating, but we always found a spot.You have to pay extra if you want meat on your salad, which I find perfectly acceptable. They do give you a breadroll, and you can choose a whole egg as one of your toppings, so you definitely get full.
