The paula has reopened after 10 months of rebuilding. in a modern rustic environment with a lot of love to detail, they just have to feel comfortable. even the smokers are greeted in a smoker lounge. the selection of diners and drinks is large, the price/performance ratio is completely in order. whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, the card has something for everyone. we were professional in gifhorn and on recommendation of our customer we visited the restaurant with 12 people. Unfortunately, without reservation, there were flexible staff, which immediately put together the high tables and we had enough space to eat reasonably. that was booked because all were satisfied. also special orderings, vegan and gluten-free eating were created. the staff is qualified and very polite. the breakfast of a day after that we also spent in the brasserie. that is also very commendable. conclusion: always worth a visit! we are coming back to the next visit in gifhorn .

We were too two with dog on site.Seating with nice weather also possible outside at all. the homemade burgers and also the flammable cakes, which are freshly prepared.Using was friendly and always helpful, as they also immediately cut our dog with a water dish;) thank you for a good address when set to a well made snack or a smaller evening meal. Price/performance is in a good relationship.We have been happy to come back

We were third, business trip, after a hard day looking for something good to eat, relax and good mood.Sofortily we enjoyed the terrace well, although we last sat inside.The service, excellent. someone who understands that it is so hospitable that he feels right well!Ganz civilian prices, beautiful furnishings. last but not least, relatiw original cuisine.Everything in everything, a spot charm in the heart of the gastronomic desert.We will surely come back.

We were four in the paulas and were pleasantly surprised by the service and the nice ambiente (had previously differentiated testimonials heard). price- performance fits. we like to come back when it is a bit warmer and you can sit on the large terrace on the water.
