Le France - Gignac

Well in 2016 well served and gastronomic owner made us a visit to his estate and explain his passion.

From the gignac sector, we wanted to discover the mas cambounet for a family dinner. arriving on the mas, a superb environment with typical vegetation of our south, vineyards and olive trees. superb stone building and well-presented, simple and efficient tables. The welcome was a little long, we waited 10 real minutes before we met someone to settle down, but a welcome with the smile. Once installed, the delivery of aperitif cards and wines has been quite long and we had the menu card very late. on the map, wine from regions and those from the estate, we wanted to choose the ones from the estate to taste their grape varieties. for dinner, the presentation of the dishes was excellent, both in volume and colors as the layout and choice of the plate. the products were fresh and good qualities, good seasoning and taste were part! We've had a lot of fun. So I recommend this little restaurant for a dinner in the evening with sundown in premium summer, whether in the family or in the romantic evening, the rates are 25th and 39th for both menus, the two menus justify the price because quality and high-end products, small flat on that of 39th that for similar services elsewhere would be around 35th but the frame compensate this little surplus and the plates do not disappoint. The little less I would say that it was the service, the waitress was listening and very pleasant but seemed to be overwhelmed while we were 4 tables (12 in total,) the cards and menus were given very late after we installed and we had the aperitives rather late after the order was taken receiving the entries as we still drink our aperitif. We will return to this very warm and quiet place.

This is the second time we dine in this establishment, in the middle of pines and olive trees. it's always delicious, original, well presented. the products are of quality: so the carpaccio of daurade is tasty, as well as the scary little green asparagus ... perfect meat .the price is a little high : 39€the menu but ... not too much regret considering the flavors of the napples that were at the end of life during our first visit have been very opportunely replaced by pretty sets ! very pleasant reception.

Beautiful setting! mas, although located near the highway, is very quiet. The only noise. our beautiful cigales! an excellent restaurant with fresh products, excellent quality. good value quality price. a very good welcome. We've been clients for 11 years and we've never been disappointed. the great moments were celebrated in this beautiful place. I recommend!

I just discovered this little corner of paradise lost in the vines and green oaks. a very smiling welcome of pauline. we ate very well for a special meal Mother's parties under the trees. I'll be back with great pleasure. Thank you for your kindness. aline
