Bahama Buck's - Gilbert

Paid for shaved ice, never received it and was charged for it! I'll be disputing the transaction. 30 minutes of my life wasted. 20 minutes waiting for shaved ice and 10 minutes waiting for a refund which was never given. The kid who said he gave me the refund apologized and stated it was short staffing. There were 4 people working. You couldn't fit any more people behind the counter. If you want to fudge the truth, you need to hide your kitchen better. How many people do you need to make 2 shaved ices in 30 minutes? 3 people were taking orders and only 1 making the shaved ice. Do the math. It's not short staffing, it's inept management. I applaud those in the food service industry working hard for little money and short staffed. I'm disappointed Bahama Bucks is taking advantage of an excuse reserved for those who truly deserve it like the one guy working full tilt to make shaved ices. He deserves a raise.

OMG! I've been to Bahama Bucks so many times, but today's visit was literally THEE BEST visit ever! I'm honestly an ice connoisseur and typically the sno cones are too soft for my liking, but Allie made it JUST RIGHT! It had the perfect texture that only ice chewers can appreciate. I REALLY hope I get her again because she made my day. Ice chewing is a coping skill for me (judge yourself,not me lol), and I had a stressful day, so this really made my day. I can't forget sweet Isabella. She was kind, professional, friendly, and helped to put a smile on my face. Thanks Allie n Isabella! You guys rock! ????

Filled up my punch card and got a free sno! Yay! My son got a regular 1/2 Margarita 1/2 Strawberry Margarita. I got the free Avalanche 1/2 thin Jamaican Rum 1/2 thin Peach. Delicious. Great service and they gave me a sample of the days flavor Shamrock. It tasted like mint chocolate chip ice cream. Yummy!!!

Great place to enjoy a cold beverage or shaved ice during the summer. My new favorite is their fruit smoothie Oasis. It's the perfect combination of ingredients! The bathroom is kind of stinky here, causing the whole restaurant to have a weird funky smell.
