Costa Vida - Gilbert

Food was good but the place was a disaster. Every table was dirty, floor was dirty, bathroom had no paper towels. Food was as expected and I'm a fan of Costa Vida. Hoping management sees this and gets things in order.

It was before closing and the girl attempted to act like the doors were locked. Got my food which was okay, the real issue is as I was leaving hearing the manager give the girl a hard time because I got in to order food. This is probably the last time I will ever eat here due to the lack of customer service and the overall experience.

Employees were very friendly. Descent portions were given on my steak burrito that was smothered with red chili and cheese. Queso is one of my favorites. Seems to have a lot of cilantro and some sweetness to it. Parking lot was a little small. For a burrito, chips and quest it was right at 20 dollars. Overall I would recommend this place.

I went through the drive-thru and part of my order was missed even though I repeated it twice. I had to go inside to get it fixed and was told that missing items in drive-thru orders is a common problem at this location. To make matters worse, they put an excessive amount of shredded cheese on my food - I could see at least 10 individual pieces. The food itself was good but the service at this location was not up to par.

We decided to try the Grilled Chicken Burrito and were pleased with the fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and willing to customize our order. The burrito was served hot with extra cheese and sauce on top. The restaurant was clean and hand sanitizer was provided at the entrance.
