Little Caesars Pizza - Gilbert

I don't know much to expect for a cheap pizza, but I expect it to be cooked at least. I ordered a pizza tonight, crazy and a soda from this place. Crazy bread was good, but the pizza was not completely boiled. When I arrived, the place was a crazy house and you could barely get through the door, but I don't think this should be an excuse to not double check the pizza dough before serving.

Very fast. I was given the wrong crazy bread. I called in and they let me keep the crazy bread and the next day they gave me the cheese stuffed crazy bread for free. Great customer service.

I don’t have high expectations when it comes to cheap pizza, but I do expect it to be properly cooked. I ordered a pizza along with some Crazy Bread from this restaurant tonight. The Crazy Bread was good, but unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked. When I arrived, the place was incredibly crowded and it was tough to get in the door, but I don’t think that excuses them from not double-checking the pizza dough before serving it.

It’s great if you order and pick it up but I don’t recommend ordering delivery. They have a door dasher pick it up which is fine until you don’t get your food until almost 40 minutes after the time they said you would get it. I’m sure it’s not always like that, but I wouldn’t want to risk it.

I placed my order over the phone at least 10 minutes ago and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. When I arrived 10 minutes later, I was informed it would be another 2 minutes. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, I inquired about my order, and they mentioned they were just cutting it. Another 5 minutes went by before my friend arrived, and when he asked for our "frechen brot," they told him it would take another 10 minutes! Seriously? Finally, after 25 minutes, we received our Italian cheesecake. I downgraded my rating from 3 stars to 2 because this experience just left me feeling frustrated.
