Little Caesars Pizza - Gilbert

Can never call and get ahold of someone at this location. Always get a busy tone. Walk in without ordering ahead of time and they won’t have any hot and ready pizzas. This last time I went I gave it a chance by walking in without trying to order ahead and I was turned away. The staff that was working advised me they weren’t taking anymore orders as they were to busy trying to keep up with the orders they already had. It was only only going to be 7PM when I walked in. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Try to order at 8:25 they will be lying and let them go in 30 min and hang up on them

I placed an order for a three-meat dish through the app for pick up, and that's what my husband brought home.

It’s not great when you have to finish baking your pizza and sides at home, glad it’s not the normal though! The group enjoyed it though none the less, and it was tasty and cheap feeding a bunch of kids doing home school projects.

The pizza was hot and good but my crazy bread was cold not fresh and customer service we're not pleasant are you been I mean it's like jokes saying do you ever smile or say hello and he still had a straight face and then when he went to the back of can hear him comment about what I said to the other coworkers I'm a person that appreciate good customer service probably more than the quality of the food because humanity is losing itself I think their customer service in a public area is well appreciated but if you are looking for a fresh pizza this is one of the better Little Caesar's to go to
