The majority of the staff seemed quite indifferent, which is disappointing considering it's a family-friendly venue where we would expect better service. However, the bartenders were excellent. Additionally, we received game cards from a birthday party that the staff assured us could be used during our next visit, only to discover they expired the same day, leaving us with cards that are now worth nothing. How does that make sense?

Great place and fun to go with friends but most of the games are broken or don’t let you play against each other.Really hope they fix them one day. I’ve been here a lot and nothing changes ? ?

Although I love '80s rock, the music they play isn't really my style. However, the younger crowd seems to enjoy it a lot. Plus, there’s an abundance of video arcade machines – you can easily spend hours there and never play the same game twice! The best part? Renting a pool table is only $8.00 per hour, which is quite affordable. We’ve never had a bad experience there. The food is excellent, though it can be a bit pricey, so sometimes we eat before heading over to save some money. It was decent overall. The prices are reasonable, but many of the machines were out of order. You would expect an arcade to maintain its equipment better. The place seemed a bit unkempt, and I would appreciate a cleaner environment. The kids enjoyed themselves, so I can't complain too much. However, I believe there’s definitely room for improvement to elevate the experience.

Several things need to be addressed at this location. Bowling, there is no contact button for issues you need to go find an employee to fix, lanes need work, pin machine kept malfunctioning. Arcade, several units don't work but will take your credits, again you have to find an employee to address and credit back, many games missing things for the game (balls, buttons, sound, etc). Lazer tag was good as was the gravity ropes. Employees were helpful and more or less nice, some seemed like you were bugging them. Made the most of it as we could.
