Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Seated right away, service was excellent, and food was tasty! Enjoyed the more expanded menu with some new items to choose from.

The last two visits have been very disappointing to me . . . The visit before last, I ordered a pizza . . . I had heard how fantastic the pizzas are . . . It was terrible! Our server was fantastic . . . I asked for extra mushrooms on it and she made it happen. The crust was like cardboard and the pizza had no flavor. Today, I ordered the Santa Fe Salad. Since it is a Mexican salad, I expected a bit of spicy, however, it was far too spicy, without much flavor at all. The burgers are generally good, however, I was not in the mood for burgers the last two visits. I HATE spending money on poorly prepared food! We work so hard to be able to go out and enjoy ourselves . . . I don't know if or when I will go back!

Went for a spontaneous date night with my boyfriend…on a Friday night ? Wasn’t thinking ? It was a great evening though! We spent around 40 minutes waiting, it was SUPER busy! But, the staff was SUPER sweet every single step of the way ? From the hostess to our waiter to the manager (I believe) that brought out our food when something had been wrong, every single person was so incredibly kind helpful at every moment, even though they were incredibly swamped for hours on end. Shout out to Justin, our sweet waiter, for the awesome service!! Great night, good job guys ?

I’ve always had good service here and the food was good.I just not sure that same hype from 10+ years ago is still there Red Robin. I don’t listen to radio or watch TV, if you’re advertising on those platforms.The rewards program requires too many visits to kick in. With a family of 5 and we usually bring a couple more this is not affordable. I stopped tracking rewards.

Terrible experience. we arrived at 19:45 clock and was told 20 minutes waiting. the half of the restaurant was closed so it was not a room problem, but a personal problem. we sat after 20 minutes. we had to wait about 7 minutes before we were greeted by our server. we were ready to order appetizers and dinners. we got our app delivered quite quickly by another employee, we asked for teller and didn't get it. our server finally appeared with our drinks. we asked them to tell, they still haven't gotten. we waited approx. 20 minutes on our order 2 burgers and two salates delivered by another employee. fries was cold, we had to wait to let our server know because they took 5 minutes to check us out. I think they are motivated to use people's turfs. it was quite pathetic. I give two stars instead of one star because it was still good.
