Rita's Italian Ice-gilbert

We love Italian ice cream, so we often come here and have met many employees. The staff is friendly and really wonderful, but the owner is not so much. We were there once and the staff was happy and played with my children. My daughter couldn't decide between chocolate chips or chocolate sauce and I had told her I would pay for an addition in) so she asked me for permission and they both gave her they recognized us and knew we often came). The owner came out of the back and tipped the staff on the shoulder and told her that will be 69 cents. The entire staff seemed stiffer, more official and unpleasant with the owner. The employee looked at me with pain and told me it was 69 cents for the contract she just added. I paid the sum and left her a great tip. I'm fine to pay for extras we choose and don't ask for freebies, but I appreciate the effort of the staff to recognize our loyalty with something extras. Too bad the owner was worried about his 69 cents. My only other feedback is that they close at 9 even on Friday and Saturday. So nights like tonight when we arrived at 9:15, we better go to Bahama Bucks.

Delicious frozen treats for a great price! I always get the gelati with the vanilla custard and one of her fruity ice creams. I usually get mango as they seem to have this taste consistently, but raspberry and dragon fruit are definitely my favorites. Service is fast and always friendly. However, there are not many seats, so plan to take it to go if you are with a larger group.

Best Rita’s I was also from Philly to AZ. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I compared the ice creams directly with the same taste in the Mill Ave Rita and the Chandler, making them much better. More taste, more fruit in the fruit flavor. I told Ritas a few months back when I was in Pennsylvania and tried the business in the USA on the way home. So far I like Chandler the best of everything.

Love come here for Italian ice cream and custard! Such a delicious treat. Staff always take care of my 5 years. And I'm so glad they brought the stamp card back. Now you get a stamp per item instead of one for your entire purchase.

We just visited this yummy little Shop for the first time, and we will be back! A very good selection of flavors, and their custard is great also! If you want something cool and refreshing, go to Rita's!!!
