Feedback gevenI couldn't order myself in the register. I stood there well over 5 minutes and was never recognized, after all I just went out. Time wasted. Someone was behind the register and made Shakes all the time and refused to take my order or even say hello.
Burgers and Pommes are always good, but very slow service. Probably there are only 4 groups that include us, but not prioritized before many calls in orders placed with the restaurant. I only saw four people working on a Friday night.
I was surprised with the size of this Burger look very small. And the taste was still good, but I'm not sure why they cut back to size, I think it's just a sign of the Times
The regular Smash Burger Single Patty was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back.. I wanted to make a picture of my food, but I couldn't help myself eat it. Lol
My first negative experience at Smash Burger was solely due to a customer service issue. The young man working the register and the cook were both very helpful and friendly. However, the shift manager lacked customer service skills. The issue arose when the card reader on the register stopped working. The young man called the manager over to ask if he could switch to another register, but she didn't bother to investigate the problem and simply told him to reboot the register before disappearing into the back. As I waited for the register to reboot, my food was ready. The young man attempted to ring me up, but the issue persisted. The manager reappeared, checked my order, and attempted to reboot the register herself. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant, she failed to acknowledge me and began serving other customers. Eventually, she told me I couldn't have my food until the issue was resolved because I hadn't paid for it. Frustrated and seeing no end in sight, I decided to leave. The young men working were friendly and efficient, making me feel sorry that they had to work with such an unhelpful manager.
