Starbucks - Gilbert

Good customer service, but only one employee and had too many customers. He was trying his best, but that location needs a back up staff member....perhaps cross train a store supervisor..???

All 3 of our drinks were made wrong. Didn't have time to go back. 2 stars because barista was friendly

Very helpful staff very clean no line no waiting, greeted immediately! Very friendly smiles and atmosphere inside of Albertsons! They engaged with me while my chai tea late was being prepared! I loved it they got to know me lol unlike at other Starbucks! 5 stars just for the engagement! Then they gave me a $1.00 off my next Starbucks purchase with them ! How awesome is that! I will be back I highly recommend this location of Starbucks inside of Albertsons

This is my favorite Starbucks! There's something unique about it – the staff is always friendly and happy, and they start making my coffee as soon as they see me.
