Feedback gevenThe bread was crusty and it hurt the roof of my mouth when I tried to cut it. I do not recommend ordering the Italian bread; it's consistently dry and hard!
It seems like maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby wasn’t a priority today. Having worked for six years before changing careers, I am quite disappointed by this blatant disregard for customers. It feels like there’s no valid reason for closing off the seating area. While the food quality can be hit or miss, I usually choose to eat here because it’s generally healthier than other fast food options and I appreciate being able to eat in peace. However, that’s clearly not an option anymore, so I guess I’ll be finding another place for lunch. As a side note, I noticed that the staff weren’t wearing masks, which makes me doubt that the closure of the lobby was related to any pandemic concerns. I also saw two other cars with people eating their meals from the subway, indicating that this decision might also be contributing to local pollution. Lastly, I couldn’t help but think that $6.46 for a 6-inch BMT without any add-ons is a bit excessive.
Very poor service. Almost all the condiments were empty. The girl had a very bad attitude as if we inconvenienced her.
Did not have American or provolone cheese, but still wanted to charge extra for mozzarella. They were also out of spinach, and this location doesn't carry giardiniera (hot pepper mix). I won't be returning to this location.
Excellent and convenient location. Love Subway for healthy choices. Clean location and friendly staff.
