Feedback gevenThe guy that was working the drive thru at this location on 6/25 at 345pm was awful. He had zero customer service. Irritated us very much and it was so bad my 9 year old boy commented on the situation. He should not be working on the drive thru our face to face service.
We ordered two of the deluxe chalupa boxes, about two hours before closing. We got home to find that both our chalupas and tacos were barely half filled. We tried to call the store to complain but the number doesn't even work. Very very disappointed. If someone on here knows their number, I'd appreciate getting it. Update: I just took a sip of my Baja blast and they either gave me diet or the syrup was running out. Everything tasted terrible. Funny thing is, they just reopened a few days ago after renovations.

I ordered 3 toasted cheddar chalupa boxes and one extra side of chips (3 chips total and received it all in one big bag. (Supposed to be on 3 separate boxes. I'm bringing them to 2 separate houses so now I'm supposed to figure out how to split all the chips up between the people who ordered them. I'm very VERY disappointed in this location as they continue to let me down with the way the night crew acts. I worked fast food for 6 years so I know how it's supposed to work. You are getting paid $15/hour, start acting like it. Not to mention the expense in gas that it costs me to drive over to Taco Bell and receive shitty service in the drive thru since the interior is closed.
The customer service is on the hill. they have not only stopped to take orders (see to order them from the kiosk), but also to be sculpted on the meat. sad to see how they go down the hill. not sure if it's just this place or all of them.
