Yao Chinese - Gilbert

Without a doubt, this is the best Chinese food around. The customer service is outstanding. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the air conditioning provides a comfortable coolness, perfect for escaping the Arizona heat. I used to eat at P.F. Chang's frequently, but this place has taken its place in my heart.

I will not be returning! The meal was decent, and the portion sizes were reasonable, but the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress started off friendly and took our drink and appetizer orders without a hitch. However, when I placed my main order, she seemed confused. She usually refers to the register card in restaurants, which often includes an option for ordering together or separately. We indicated we were having a family meal, not individual plates. My friend ordered her main course, and we ended up with two family-sized plates. We had sweet and sour dishes with vegetables on pan-fried noodles, and some appetizers, all totaling just under $50. I understand that inflation is an issue, but it’s outrageous that an extra $2 was charged for the pan-fried noodles, especially when our individual meals on the register card added up to almost $50. I was shocked that lunch cost so much when I expected it to be around $30-40. My friend was even planning to buy a nice drink. Before she could offer a cash tip, the waitress overreacted, claiming we weren’t tipping her and stormed off in a huff because she didn’t receive one.

The dish was supposed to be sesame chicken with fried rice, but I’m not sure what was actually on the rice—it didn't taste like roasted rice and was not enjoyable. This will be my first and last time trying this place. I had wanted to order chicken wings, but they didn't have any. Instead, I tried this dish, which tasted like ginger with some sesame seeds on top.

That is a pretty good Chinese restaurant. the honey nussarmp was delicious and the bratreis was very good. in portions and prices are fair. I would definitely come back.

Highly I recommend the Szechuan beef! I eat a lot of Chinese restaurants. This dish has a very well balanced flavor of sweets and slightly spicy I got the mild and it still has the brown sauce taste
