Elbows Mac N' Cheese - Gilbert

Was excited to try the vegan Mac and cheese after I heard how close it was to my house. The Mac and cheese did not come as advertised and was extremely dry, had to add my own sauce to make it more tasteful. The chipstix was burned and tasted like the oil in the frit had to be changed. Didn't even eat it. I'm hoping for the reason I ordered my food. Could try again personally, but so far was not impressed.

You have the best vegan Mac in the area. You can get half perpetrators or fries. You can also add vegetables if you want.

Create your own or they have a vegan option on the menu. Portion sizes are huge.

Elbows changes the vegan Mac n' cheese game! I am impressed by how good this cheese was, it is definitely some of the best I had. Although they only have a selected vegan option on the menu, you can add in different vegetables/toppings to adjust it. You can even add in a mix of frits or perpetrator deaths with your noodles before it baked. The "regular" size is extremely fillable and can be easily divided.

I can't honestly say enough amazing things about my experience! we have been talking about coming here for months after we have seen this location in social media and young, I am glad that we have finally made the trip! ellenbogen have a wide menu. there really is something for everyone. from mac and cheese to grilled cheese sandwiches, even hugging, pizza and salads, I don't think someone would run away hungry! we only saw one employee during our visit at 1130 a.m., but she was so friendly! she explained the process and the extensive menu thoroughly and gave us time to look over before we ordered. we both ordered mac and would be regular size, and they were so filled! we both had about half to go home. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a new experience. next visit we will definitely try the grilled cheese sandwich options! thanks elbows!
