Scotty's Pizza - Gilbertsville

I'm from Bethlehem and have my go-to restaurants, but as a former sous chef, I can be quite particular about food. My fiancée, who lives in Gilbertsville, suggested we try a hoagie, so we decided to stop by today for an Italian sub and some cheesy rice. The roll was spot on and filled with plenty of meat—definitely one of the best hoagies I've ever had!

Despite being a Dallas Cowboys fan, I won't hold it against the staff here. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a cheesesteak stromboli. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, with a wonderful texture and flavor. The stromboli was cooked perfectly and came in a generous portion. I was very satisfied with what I got for the price. I only wish I could eat here more often! I stumbled upon this place while searching on Google during my visit to town.

While there are pizzas that outshine others and vice versa, Scott's steak sandwiches are truly exceptional and hearty. I highly recommend the steaks and hoagies. Their pizza features a sweet sauce, which I personally prefer a traditional one, but many people absolutely love it.

The food is great here. I love the cheese steaks. They are fresh and tasty. My family always got our cheese steaks from here. The best place in town. Scotty and his staff are always friendly and nice.
