To start off ordering on a qr code and only having one waiter plus Worst customer service, lets not talk about the manager not being helpful at all. Menu is not the same as online or other locations honestly this is the last time i try the Gilroy location. I will take my business elsewhere.
Have to order from a QR code and order on your own with no customer service. Do not recommend it. I used to love coming here, but now I will definitely think twice before eating here, or if I come, it might as well be for take out.
There is no customer service provided in this restaurant; everything is done online. While I appreciate the convenience and speed, there should still be waiters available to attend to the guests' needs if indoor dining is offered.
Basically you have to order offa qr code on the table which is not convenient. Ypu can ask for menus There isnt just one waitress you get a bunch of people waiting on you. My other half loves the food but I find it very salty. To each his own.
I visited this restaurant for takeout. The man working behind the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I decided to get the chicken sandwich and fries, and they were amazing. My daughter ordered the chicken strips and finished them quickly. She had been looking forward to the Mac and cheese with boneless chicken, but unfortunately it was no longer available. I'm excited to return and try their burgers next time.
