Garlic City Cafe - Gilroy

Don't let the prices deter you, this is an amazing restaurant. The menu is confusing, but their dinner entrees include a soup or salad as well as toast. Kinda disappointed it wasn't garlic bread). The pasta is great and very fancy, and the sauces taste freshly made. The portion sizes are huge and you could definitely share one. Try the garlic vanilla ice cream for dessert ; Very Unique

Delicious food, reasonably priced and serving sizes are immense. Service good too. Go here for a meal and you won't be disappointed.

Entered in the restaurant. Odor of old grease,the waitress was not very friendly which surprisingly finding out she's the owner of the establishment. My waffle was burnt. Omelet was not very tasty. For me an my mother will not be back for breakfast.

We felt somewhat unwelcome during our recent visit, which was surprising given our previous experiences. Service was slower than usual; for instance, we were initially not offered water, and when requested, only one glass was brought for our party of four. Additionally, the garlic fries, which we've enjoyed in the past for their flavor and crispiness, did not meet the same standards this time. This was our fourth visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the enjoyable moments we've had before.
