I’ve tasted the best and endured the worst, so I know good pizza when I find it. That brings me to Pinocchio, a pizza place nestled at an unlikely corner of the city that has been around for about 40 years! It’s rare for restaurants, especially pizzerias, to last so long unless they’re doing something right—and these folks certainly are! Their pizza is absolutely delicious! The crust has the perfect combination of crunch and chew, the sauce is just right, and they use an ideal amount of cheese and toppings (many establishments struggle with ingredient ratios, but they’ve nailed it). Plus, they use high-quality ingredients. This family-run pizzeria clearly pours a lot of love into their food. It takes a lot for me to endorse a pizza joint, but they’ve won me over! P.S. Don’t forget to save room for the cannoli for dessert!
