Ten Japan - Gilroy

Family owned Sushi restaurant where the food is prepared with skill and love. Fish for Sushi and Sashimi was fresh and cut as good portions. Sushi Rice was very tasty made with a home made rice vinegar. We also tried a portion of Shrimp Tempura which was lovely and crisp. Miso soup was very well prepared. This place is well worth a visit, but beware it is so good you can just keep on ordering. We were so enjoying the food did not take many pictures so clipped a couple from the yelp review site that we recognised. Our sashimi shot was of one of our many plates and we were already going through it when remembered to take a picture.

Wow! I have lived in Gilroy for over ten years and just discovered Ten Japan!l There sushi is amazing- i highly recommend the Citrus roll and Mexican Roll (this roll is Spicy AF though but so delish)My 8 year old got the teriyaki chicken and gyoza- wow! Chicken was juicy and a ton sauce- so yummy! I have been to other Japanese restaurants in town and Ten Japan is by far my favorite! Not many tables inside if you want to sit down but takeout works too! Only downside is no kid portions but not a deal breaker. Go to Ten Japan- best sushi restaurant in Gilroy!

Amazing service and incredible, quality fish. I lived in Hawai'i for 4 years; so you can trust me when I say Ten Japan has the best quality fish in gilroy!

Love this place! Definitely the best sushi spot in Gilroy. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxing, the food is spot on delicious, and the service is very friendly. My husband and I have been coming here often for the last year. Whenever we want to eat out it's never a question of where, we always go here. At least once every two weeks, but sometimes as often as two times a week.The yellow tail carpaccio is my favorite, along with the 49er roll, but I have ate extensively off the entire menu and nothing disappoints. They also have specials you can ask the waiter about and you end up with such creative and delicious dishes. Oh, and the ramen is sooo good. It is a small restaurant without much seating, but it's worth the wait.
