If they are vegan, they avoid this place. I came to lunch and they don't have any vegan option on the lunch menu. the dinner menu has a vegan option a mushroom risotto dish. when I asked if it was possible to order it for lunch, they said no. To veganize the salat or pasta, I would have to take the half of the ingredients. I just ordered a drink. overall very disappointing. this restaurant has some vegetarian options like pastas with cheese and sawne, so it could be suitable for vegetarian, just not for vegan unfortunately. the gift shop “Sundry Shop” in the hotel has some vegan snacks and protein bars. go there for at least a few options. updated by previous review on 2021-09-11

I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. From the outdated seating to the lackluster ambiance created by poor lighting and no music, my initial impression was not positive. The waiter was unable to provide any information about the wine selection from Tuscany. The bread was served cold and underwhelming. The halibut was tasteless and dry, and the calamari was not properly prepared, requiring extra effort to consume. The filet mignon was the most disappointing item on the menu, as it was dry and lacked flavor. The only redeeming aspect of the meal was the brownie and ice cream, although even that fell short as the brownie was not served warm. Despite the polite wait staff, I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

The restaurant was just getting into the swing of the season, but the staff was running smoothly and our server, Michael, did a fantastic job. My wife and I were in Alaska for a business trip and happened to be celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary, so it was a special evening for us. While our note about the anniversary in our reservation was overlooked, the phenomenal food and atmosphere made up for it. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

The waiter was missing for most of the evening. The filet mignon, ordered medium, came out raw in the middle. The $12 salad bar was a total rip off. If you're considering dining here, go in the morning instead of at night.

I had a chicken Caesar salad and a cocktail. The service was excellent and attentive, the view was peaceful, and the food was really good.
