Rocambolesc Gelateria - Girona

We visited because people raved about the Panet. It was good, but did not blow us away (we expected to be blown away). Still worth a visit.

These were top notch smooth and creamy ice creams. The apple pie with two types of apple and butter biscuits was just perfect. The vanilla one was also great but the brownies had an odd texture. I'd go back for more tho!

As you would expect in terms of quality. Not lots of choice but it’s quality not quantity. Don’t bother going in the day when huge queues, wait till the evening, we just walked straight on both occasions!

The Rockmbolec ice cream shop is owned by the rock brothers (the same at the can rock restaurant) and is a mandatory stop in the city of Girana. as it could not be otherwise, so ice creams are special, and not just because they are artisans, but because they have different bases, some as suggestive as green apple toast or chocolate browni, which you can accompany with different toppings that they suggest. prices are not expensive despite the name, and the drop is very good. It is worth looking in detail at the local, very well decorated and with all the very careful details.

An ice cream is that pleasure that I go crazy with children and adults. Cold ansias, warm memories. This is the gelatry of the chef jordi rock (the famous refueling officer of the can rock celler) that is mostly creative and restless. entering this place is like going to an old toy store. There are flavors like apples in the oven with butter cookies, mango, carrots and so many others that can only be the fruit of the imagination.
