Love, Love, Love this food! Vegetable dumplings, wombok salad and a cider .... yummiest lunch ever. I was even talked into a great refreshing cocktail basil fields.

We had our first meal tonight at the flying pigeon, wow what a great tasting meal. We had the pork dumplings to start with, just so fresh and beautiful, full of lemongrass and ginger flavour. The beef curry was one of the best I've had. Sensational. As a chef, I love food, and this little restaurant is just great. I will be highly recommending it. Desserts mmmmmmmmmmm.

It was hard to find this little beauty in Gisborne. Glad we found it in the 'Nexus Centre ' They do make some awesome dumplings, exotic and herbly/spicey in flavour. Absolute mouth watering. Worth the drive to enjoy the best on the west.

Food is always amazing. Love all the fresh flavours and textures. Dumplings are the best. Great cocktail list too. Always a great night out.
