I swear, every time I go to this place, there is always something cold, fries and the burger patents or even the chicken nuggets when I ask them directly to fresh when I command my (every time) place! to the point where it is only shocking. when I call, the call line seems to be busy all the time! so there can be no complaint. Abysmal is everything I can say..not what expected! burger king had on Auckland..great..maybe because I was seduced by the special deal....not worth it.es gave another dame with their family also never say again! service really bad .presentation shocking. so no waiting!
Customer service and training on Till needed, Team Member unable to do BK APP Functions for order, pricing didn't match,did not apply the app code so I may receive the crowns also had to do a cash refund of difference,management blamed the company website for price errors. Burgers wer cold anyway
No longer A weekly customer of BK GISBORNE. $1 large frozen coke has increased to $2.50 in 2 weeks. That is a 150% mark up, that should be bought to the attention of consumer authorities. BK cashing in on it loyal customers.
Worst Meal ever, chips were stone cold which shows the laziness of the night staff obviously precooked. Lava cake had no lava just a gluey substance. Will never eat there again
