The Vines - Gisborne

Fantastic choice! Dining by the vineyard is truly a unique experience. Our group of ten gathered to celebrate the end of the year, and although the restaurant was bustling with several other groups in different areas, the staff handled everything exceptionally well. We all loved the food, beers, wine, and a fantastic selection of ciders, along with the inviting atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a visit!

I had a fascinating wine tasting experience, complete with informative background details. David dedicated a lot of time and effort to explain the unique aspects of each wine he produces, which was truly special. I'm looking forward to enjoying his sparkling Pinot Gris for New Year's. Cheers!

What a great surprise! Amazing creative food the choux dessert was spectacular! And all of this while tasting a few wines, recommend the spiced ribs with the Gewürz!

We had wine tasting with cheese and bisquit platter during a bicycle ride around Gisborne. The wines were great and the hosts provided excellent and educational facts and background about the wines. A couple bottles were bought as takeaway. It was a warm and welcoming encounter, highly recommended.
