On the occasion of the anniversary with my partner we returned as chef Armando and his serene companion to the Connubio. We were greeted with the kindness and professionalism of all time and we did the new beautiful gastronomic experience. The renovating of the chef is what drives you to come back every time, in fact we entrusted to him and we did well. Among the dishes we have loved the most there are the fisherman tubes with a very special broth base, an elegant swordfish with celery-rape cream, an exciting curl in fresh fennel cream and base of fennel broth that also enhanced the taste, an interesting beautiful eel full-bodied and fat served with salad seasoned with blueberry vinegar that was finally married to the great traditional fish spread. I mean, believe me, it's all you need to taste and DEGUSTARE. Of course a good wine never misses (we preferred a great Picariello phane). Sweet millefoglie moose of chocolate and berries very welcome.
