Jane's Restaurant & Pizza - Glace Bay

My elders live in alder point. they order janes pizza for years! I live between edmonton and cape breton. I like to surprise my parents with a tasty bite and order a pizza that is delivered when I am gone. they have always rated the pizza 12/10. I surprise my mother today with a pizza and she said it was really wet and sloppy in the middle. Not sure if there is a new cook. but it would be nice to be able to surprise my mother in the future with the pizza quality they got before.

We've been here for years, eating is very good. love the personal pure pizza, the best pizza around and the poutineries are absolutely amazing.

We eat here often because it is easy and good. my favorite is the hot turkey sandwich made with fresh truthahn and real truthahn sword. my spouse loves the boil salad: fresh crisp romaine with real truthahnschuppen, ham and grated cheese. This is a great local homegrown restaurant. Nothing fancy. A great place to sit and relax and chat with the locals. The service is warm and inviting. The food is homemade and comforting. The pizza is outstanding. Homemade thick crust with heaps of toppings. A...great spot to just eat out.
