Heard about this restaurant from a student and decided to give it a try. I heard that the peanut sauce served with the salad rolls is made in the restaurant and it actually tasted fabulous. The spring rolls were also very nicely cooked. The outside was crispy but light and just broke apart very easily in my mouth. The Pho broth was nice and light but packed with flavour. Portions were pretty average and price was ok too. Only complaint could be that the salad and spring rolls are sold in twos, it was ok for me because I was eating with a friend, but unless you can eat 2 salad rolls in one sitting with anything else you order, that could be a downside.
An old favourite still hitting it out of the park. Fresh and fine ingredients combined in traditional clothes; crispy spring roll, packed salad roll (be sure to try this with the peanut sauce, followed by chicken satay skewers, pork cutlet on vermicelli, pad tai. Peanut sauce is Mom's specialty, don't miss it.
I've tried different Pho restaurants and this place makes the best Vietnamese soups and salad rolls I have tasted. Of course you have to trust I have relatively educated perspective on food. Please do trust me on this. Very friendly place and excellent food. Only downside is sometimes the big TV is a bit of a distraction but you don't have to sit where you can see it.
Very clean, everything is always fresh. Customer service is above and beyond any other Vietnamese restaurant. Portions are large and taste great! Definitely my “go to” place for pho in Richmond
