Broken Rice - Gladstone

If you have never eaten Vietnamese food, this is the best place to go. The owner is absolutely wonderful. Proudly explains the wonderful food. Let's start with the ambience of the restaurant. I look like a good food, but with comfort. Well lit, soft music, modern and clean. Then there is the owner. You see in her face the pride she takes in her institution. She brought our menus and told us what they drink. OMG You have freshly squeezed orange juice. It was amazing. We have our juice, ordered, and then key violins our food. When they say they're fighting with their eyes first, the cook knew. The plates were well arranged and beautiful. I had no idea what to do. But the owner asks if we had already eaten this kitchen. When we said no, she went through. As beautiful as the plate saw, the food was even more amazing. Truly broken rice, with a fish sauce that made me think about it on my way home. Shredded pork, smoked for perfection, a shrimp cake that was in the crust torch. Please try it here. It won't disappoint.

My mother and I went to Gladstone of North Oak today to try their hot pot. You have an option of hot pot.... Seafood with octopus, shrimp, mussels and a NonSeafood option beef. We really enjoyed it....Have the sweet potatoes and shrimps for an app; also delicious! BUT I think the best part of everything was the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. I will only eat in Vietnam so that I can't really talk about authenticity, but I enjoyed everything about our visit and will definitely experience more!

I love this place! I don't want to tell you how to do it! I had the chicken wings with broken rice and my husband had the combination plate of grilled pigs was fantastic caution, although the duck sauce is spicy! We're coming back!

So amazing! Friendly waiting staff and owners. Adorable children here and you can say that it is a family house. So clean and fresh looking. Now the food... is another level is great!

I am now questioning if I have ever eated Vietnamese before! The flavors in our meal were completely unique to anything else I've had. Great food, great price, great service.
