Feedback gevenAs much as I like the food, you end up spending way too long a time waiting for your order to be ready. It seems like this location is severely understaffed and the employees also just don't seem to care either. Even ordering ahead of time on the app which after you tell it to make your order you'll spend nearly 10 minutes after you arrive at the store for your food to be ready, even though the app says 5 minutes.
I got exactly what I ordered and it was delicious always get the curly fries and right now they have jalapeno popper bites they are wonderful.
Went about 9pm, waited at drive-thru to order for 10+ minutes. Other cars waiting behind me... Finally I called the store, after about 40+ rings a young person answered the phone and he advised that they were short-staffed and decided to close early. I advised they should turn off their menu lights so folks know they are closed. Very disappointed!
Pretty quality chicken and burgers, (I was really surprised by their mushroom swiss), but this location has the best workers! We come in as a family, and the assistant manager, Alex, takes real good care of us. You can tell when someone enjoys their job! My nieces always ask and look forward to going. Definitely makes things a no brainer.
Ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich and it was horrible. The bread was not toasted, just plain bread and a slice or two of ham and a measly piece of egg. Nothing even close to what the menu picture showed. Add to that that the cashier who took my order was not friendly at all. No greeting, no asking me what I wanted.....just stood there and waited for me to order. I said good morning and he never replied back. Not a good experience at all. I 'll be going to McDonald 's right next door from now on.
