Hy-vee Grocery Store - Gladstone

Just had one of the worst experiences at Hyvee in the customer service department.I wanted to mail off a couple packages. After I picked up the packages to mail what I wanted to ship the lady (who appeared to be the manager) was too busy talking to a friend and I was standing there for a few minutes and she ignored me. She than handed me a sharpy and said “Fill it out” and gave me an attitude when I told her it smeared (the sharpy was the type you don’t write to send off mail) and was also told by the cashier that I shouldn’t have wrote so big.They also kept pushing me to not pay first class as it was more expensive although I told them multiple times that is what the people who were buying from me on eBay paid for.Now I have to contact my buyers and hope it gets delivered. I should have just went to the post office about 5 minutes away. I’ve even been to ups and fed ex and never had this type of bad service.

I found everything that I needed the customer service was great and the store was clean ? I have definitely found a new place to shop. The only complaint I would have is the lady at customer service she's not very customer friendly she doesn't greet you or say thank you. She's a tall heavy blond. I also had some egg rolls that are very good the rice wasn't very good or the shrimp and vegetables the pot stickers are good and the g chicken was pretty good ?

It was a great experience. I was able to find get what was needed quickly. The store was stocked well, even though they were out of an item...one of the main reasons I went. But to be fair, this was the 4th store I visited trying to find it.

Bought Garden salad, not as I expected. Will not get another over 3.68. Not much salad in container only half boil egg, cheese. I will go back to Price Chopper

Great place to shop. I save a ton on gas using my fuel saver card. Staff is friendly and helpful.
