Why are they blocking the entrance at 8 o'clock and searching the entire store?

This is an excellent grocery store with a fantastic selection. They often offer samples on weekends, which is a nice touch. Their variety of sake is impressive—better than the offerings at most liquor stores. There's also an extensive selection of beers and spirits available. Additionally, the store is beautifully designed; it's clean, not overcrowded, and has a luxurious feel to it (I know it might sound odd to describe a grocery liquor section this way). It’s definitely one of my favorite places to purchase alcohol.

Great selection of drinks. The workers feel like hit or miss. A guy felt to judge me and not susceptible to my kindness, but went to be nice to the next customers. I felt a little unwilling.

I asked for assistance and, with their help, I found exactly what I needed just as I was about to leave.

Raw chicken! Tonight my girlfriend and I got Hyvee Mealtime meals from this location as a quick and easy dinner. My food was fine, however my girlfriend got the Chicken Caesar Salad, which had raw chicken in it. Raw chicken is dangerous and never should have made it out of the kitchen, let alone served to a customer. The exterior of the chicken was grilled as advertised then sliced into strips, however the entire center of the chicken was still pink, cold, and raw. I’ve had good experiences with this Hyvee’s food, however this is unfortunately a turn off.
