Antipasti - Glasgow

I was looking for a new place to eat at lunch and after a walk through the city center I found myself outside the cafe antipasti. her menu looked interested so I got into the house. they have a very inexpensive set menu, but I decided to dinate from the a la carte menu. I started with gnocchi dumplings, served in a pesto and parmesan cream. That was nice. the sauce was rich and creamy and the dumplings had a good resistance to them. for the main course I had to go for one of my favorite Italian dishes, hummer ravioli. that was delicious, served with cherry tomato and garden. the service was quick and friendly and the interieur is comfortable. I am very glad that I stumbled on this restaraunt and I will return definitiw in the future to feed again.

Great lunch. had been in antipasti this afternoon and really enjoyed it. hasn't been in there for ever, but can't wait to go back!

Beautiful.. a group of us booked to my birthday and we were all really impressed. the eating was wonderful, the staff really friendly and good in the situation to cope with a big party, in contrast to other places I was. will definitely go back!

Really good. 2 courses for £6.95! they would be hard pushed to beat this, especially since the food is delicious. Chin with maic, olive and capern. yummy!

Lunch for a fiver, yes please!. I have been here a couple of times for a 5pm.co.uk lunch deal. It is an outstanding deal, £5 for a two course lunch. My last visit I had pate followed by a baked Tuscan bolognese. My mum had king prawns followed by the Tuscan bolognese as well. The food was really tasty and there was so much of it for the price you pay. Cant fault this deal at all, well worth a visit!
