I regularly come here as the food is consistently great. However it’s the staff that are absolutely awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and chatty. Love em! It was one of those days when we walked into the restaurant. Everything went wrong. We had to wait in a long line twice to order because there was no fish that night. Additionally, the carvery only had ham. When we ordered tea, there was no teabag in the pot. Our family members received their food at different times - one person was on their main course while another was still waiting for their starter. We eventually had to ask for a refund for two desserts that had clearly been forgotten. They did bring them out later, but only after everyone else had finished eating. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't even busy.
