Tinto Tapas Kilmarnock Road - Glasgow

Oh dear, what has happened to this once great restaurant??? My daughter and I went in to have lunch. Ordered 6 tapas. The once tasty) caremalised black pudding arrived with 3 tiny pieces on top of onion which was hardly cooked at all and was overly salty. The creamed potatoes coverved in cheese lacked cream, potatos were a little hard and the topping was burnt underneath. My favourite Calamares arrived, half the usual size I used to get, again overly salted and pieces were stuck together like glue. Only good thing was the friendly waitress, who changed an order I had asked for my daughter which was wrong my mistake) and she came back with what my daughter actually wanted. We were served the food and left 15 minutes later, feeling VERY annoyed at the awful food.

Such a hidden gem, and not to be missed. The best Tapas in Glasgow the food and Sangria are delicious, staff are also lovely. Quite small intimate, so booking recommended.

The food was 10/10 the service was even better Eleanor the host waitress is an absolute credit to the restraunt and added to the full experience would highly recommend Thank you for a great night will definetley be back

Most staff seem nice and attentive , however, there is an older woman there who should not be working in hospitality! So rude and condescending to paying customers! Ordered 2 fresh orange and lemonades for my daughter and I while my wife ordered a rum and can of diet coke. Fresh Oj and lemonade came out minus lemonade and filled with watered down orange juice. When I corrected it, she just walked away from the table with no reply, muttering under her breath! Just FYI, as well. If I order something again, even though it wasn't good the first time, that is my perogative provided I pay for it! If I want to order and have one bite of it and leave the rest, provided I pay for it, then what is the issue!? Ended up going to Malaga Tapas in Clarkston, so because of one member of staff and her attitude, Tinto Tapas lost out a £100+ cover. Won't be going back there again!

We ate here on a Friday evening and had a lovely meal. The tapas was all lovely and the paella for 2 was large enough for 4 people to have a good sized portion alongside the other 8 smaller dishes we ordered. The food was all fresh and well cooked and the service was really good considering how busy the restaurant was. The only thing that let the meal down slightly was a couple of the desserts were a bit strange however the churros were delicious!
