I placed an order through Just Eat, paid for it, and received a message saying, "Sorry, order 101798085 wasn't successful. Brunch couldn't accept your order. Your refund is on the way (if you were charged)." I'm frustrated that they took my money without fulfilling the order. Now I have to wait for a refund through my bank. To make matters worse, my order from them yesterday was cold, and now this happened today.
