Cook Indi's World Buffet - Glasgow City

I believe this is a wonderful place to visit, maybe every couple of months. The food is good for the price and the mango milkshake is amazing. They should bring back the whipped ice cream and have someone operate it, as the kids tend to break it. The restaurant was crowded with a line around the building, so they must be doing something right. Well done!

During our meal, we discovered that the chicken was undercooked. We informed a staff member, who took the plate away but never returned. We did not receive an apology and decided not to eat any more entrees as we were feeling ill. Despite this, we were still charged full price for the undercooked chicken.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! Ripped off my 15 year old son and his young girlfriend aged 14 who popped in for lunch after the bowling!! Charged them 47.00 for a lunch for 2 when anyone can clearly see they are not adults! Taking total advantage as they did not have adult with then! When I called to complain the person on the line was worse than useless!!! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!! 1st and last time to the rip off diner!!

The food at this restaurant was decent, but the cleanliness of the establishment was extremely poor. The table I sat at was very dirty and should have been cleaned after every customer, but it was clear that this was not the case. When I brought this issue up, the excuse given was that the table was located under the air conditioning unit. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Thought I'd try this place since it's changed hands. The decors obviously changed and is trying to be more modern but it's very tired tables are all scratched and chairs are wobbly. Food itself (lunch) was very overpriced for what it was £13.99 for an adult for lunch. Won't return.
