Di Maggio's South Side - Glasgow City

Sadly not able to sit in but the takeaway is still just as good in many ways . We order the pizza which is fantastic with handmade and their chicken wings are amazing

We visited here on a 5pm special with 3 course meal for £10 each and were pleasantly surprised with the menu choice which included 5 starters, range of pizzas and pasta dishes, and either a 99 ice cream or coffee. We shared a pizza and lasagne for the main course and had fried mozzarella and chicken wings as starters. My chicken wings were plentiful but the tomato based sauce was a bit overpowering. We had a bottle of red wine to accompany the meal priced at £16. All in all a worthwhile visit especially if you can source an internet deal.

Booked Di Maggios late on Saturday for Saturday night wasn't disappointed as usual .. food was delicious, staff were attentive and again we were the last to leave will definitely be back soon

I was in here with the family, 7 of us for lunch on Father's Day. This restaurant never fails, we ordered from the 3 course set menu, food was delicious, arrived promptly, piping hot and good portion sizes, desserts were amazing. As usual the service was great, lovely friendly waiting staff who can't do enough for you. This all added up to a fantastic day with the family, my daughter was up visiting with her boyfriend. I took my dining group, THE SOUTHSIDE DINERS MEETUP, to this long established popular restaurant. I was greeted by Gordon, the Manager, who greeted me with... "IT 'S NO CHRISTMAS ALREADY That 's because our family of dining here on Christmas Eve. ..for the last 30 years. As expected, the food, drinks service was excellent. There was a minor issue when we received 2 gin cocktails instead of gin tonics. But they were swrapped without argument or fuss, within minutes. All my guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and the night...and all agreed we will be back
